Since 2006, the CGE has supported Ryan Richards (Global Engagement Summit 2006 alumni) to work on donor and volunteer development with Jorge at the Colegio Miguel Angel Asturias in Xela, Guatemala. In the summer of 2007, the CGE helped almost 10 NU students volunteer at the Colegio, a number of whom are now planning a spring break learning exchange back to Guatemala for their peers.
